Infection Control Fund Phase 2: Pre-grant statement from providers receiving 80% allocation

Closed 15 Feb 2021

Opened 20 Oct 2020

Overview

Due to its success in limiting the transmission of COVID-19 within and between care settings, the Adult Social Care Infection Control Fund has been extended until March 2021, with an extra £546 million of funding. This is a new grant, with revised conditions from the original Infection Control Fund.

One of the new conditions of the Infection Control Fund is that any eligible services must complete a statement in advance of receiving any grant allocations to confirm that the conditions of the grant have been understood. Once completed, and assuming the conditions in relation to the Capacity Tracker/Care Quality Commission Homecare Survey have been met, we will arrange payment of the first instalment.

Purpose of the statement

Thank you for completing the providers’ pre-grant statement. The purpose of completing this statement is to confirm that the conditions of the grant have been understood.

We will only contact you if there are questions about how the form has been completed, and potentially at a later date if the need arises to request evidence of how the grant has been spent.
