The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment website provides a central resource of local and national information for those who commission, provide or use health and social care services in East Sussex.
The website (www.eastsussexjsna.org.uk) went live on 31 January 2012 and since then there have been over 10,800 visits by over 5,000 unique visitors to the site.
Now that the website has been live for two years, and has developed considerably, we want to find out who is using the site, what for, and what further improvements need to be made.
What happens next?
The findings from this consultation will go in a report to the Health and Wellbeing board in July 2014, and will inform our action plan for the next year.

How to take part
Thank you for deciding to take part in our consultation, your feedback is really important to us.
This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Please read each question carefully. In most cases you will only have to 'tick' a box to select your answer but sometimes you may be asked to select more than one answer. For some questions you may be asked to type in an answer.
Our survey software will allow you to save your responses at any time before you complete the survey and to receive a pdf copy of your completed survey after you have submitted it. You will need to provide your email address below if you wish to do this.
If you'd prefer to print off a paper copy, there's a pdf version in the 'related documents' box. There's also a Word version if you'd like to do it on your computer.
Or, if you'd like a paper copy of the survey sent to you, please contact us using the details in the box on the right.
