Primary Care extended access survey 2018

Closed 16 Feb 2018

Opened 22 Jan 2018

Overview

Eastbourne, Hailsham & Seaford Clinical Commissioning Group, and Hastings & Rother Clinical Commissioning Group, are both GP-led membership organisations, responsible for commissioning (buying) the majority of health services for local people.

Both CCGs are committed to making sure that everyone has easier access to GP services including appointments on weekday evenings and at weekends. This is called "extended access".

Please note that our ESBT partner, East Sussex County Council, is hosting the survey for us. The information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence and the Council will not share your personal data or views with anyone other than the Clinical Commissioning Groups who have commissioned the survey.

Why We Are Consulting

This survey will give you the opportunity to tell us about when you would like to be able to book extended access GP appointments, where you’d be willing to travel to these services, and your views on alternatives to face-to-face consultations.

The survey will take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. Your views will help inform discussions with potential providers going forward and shape the service we commission locally.
