Work Experience Pre - Placement Visit: Employer - 18-19

Overview

The Work Experience Team at East Sussex County conduct ‘Pre-placement’ visits with employers who will be hosting students on placement. This is to ascertain the suitability of an employer to host a student by ensuring contact details are correct, finding out about the tasks/activities a student will do on placement and to discuss the Health and Safety of work experience and that of the business.

By evaluating the visits that the team undertake, it will give a better understanding of how employers view the visits and any areas that can be improved.
