Alternative Formats

We want people to take part in surveys in a way that works for them. Each survey has an overview page, which should tell you about the survey and how to get support to take part. If you need the survey or information in an alternative format, please use the contact details given on each survey overview page. Other formats could include: 

• paper copies,  
• large print,  
• coloured paper, or 
• an alternative language.  

You can also use Google Translate to help you understand questions or translate your answers into English.
