Eligibility to take part

In order to take part, you must be:

Aged 18 or over
Diagnosed with COPD, bronchiectasis, Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) or pulmonary fibrosis, or caring for someone who is
Registered with a GP in Eastbourne, Hailsham, Seaford, Hastings or Rother
