Recruitment Brand Development Survey
Overview
As a Council we are thinking about our recruitment brand and how we can reach and attract a wider range of candidates. We think that ESCC is a great place to work with many attractive benefits, a supportive management structure, and a range of career pathways to offer. If we are not effectively communicating this to potential candidates, we are missing crucial opportunities to recruit a diverse range of people to come and work for the Council.
By consolidating all our key selling points into a recruitment brand, we hope to have an engaging communications strategy for recruitment which will impact how we recruit in the future and will help promote ESCC as an employer of choice throughout the region.
Why your views matter
ESCC requires a brand identity as an employer that is authentic and reflects the views and experiences of our employees.
We need to gather feedback from all employees across the Council. To build an accurate picture of who we are as a working community we want to hear everyone's opinion, from our apprentices to our Chief Executive and everyone in between.
It is essential that any decisions be made taking everyone’s input into consideration.
All answers should be honest (even if negative) and should reflect your individual experience.
