Family First Follow Up Survey

Overview

As part of the pilot group for the Family First Programme, this survey is designed to capture an accurate idea of the skills and confidence staff have following the pilot. The information collected is then used to help plan the Workforce Development training offer. 

The survey will enable Workforce Development to learn more about those areas that staff are confident and competent in.  It will also highlight areas that need development, whether that be the need to develop a more comprehensive offer to support staff wellbeing during the wider rollout, to understand the opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge, or to help enhance staff practice, confidence and effectiveness.

The survey should take no longer that 20 minutes to complete.
