Government funded Holiday Activity and Food (HAF)

We want to make sure the Holiday Food and Fun programme offers enriching activities and is fun. You can tell us how well we are doing.

We will use your answers to make our holiday activities programme even better.

We want to know about you and your child’s experiences in the Holiday Activity and Food project. We ask about your identity so that we can find out what works well for different groups of people. This will help us to provide the right activities for families like yours in the future. We want to make sure that even more people want to take part in future holiday activities. Our team will analyse all responses together, so we won't identify individuals.
