PARENTAL SURVEY ON TWO AND A HALF YEAR INTEGRATED PROGRESS REVIEW
Overview
The Government has introduced a new way of undertaking checks on children between two and two and a half. Since May 2016 in East Sussex, this new way of undertaking your child's two to two and a half year check has been in place. We call this the Integrated Progress Review and it includes:
- A questionnaire called the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ)
- A meeting with your Health Visitor in your home
- A discussion with your child's Key Person if they are in a nursery or with a childminder.
All of this is recorded on a form called the Integrated Progress Review form (IPR) which is shared with you by your child's childcare provider.
We would really value your feedback on your personal experiences of being part of this process with your child.
Please will you complete this survey to tell us what you think. It should not take any longer than five minutes.
Thank you
