Providing this information is vital for us to monitor the childcare market. It helps us gain an overview of the number of places and vacanices to ensure there are enough places for all of the families in East Sussex. 

It also supports us to build a wider picture of the current market and enables us to develop and tailor support to providers operating across the county.
