A21 Sedlescombe Road North St Leonards on Sea 30mph Speed Limit - Formal Consultation

Overview

It is proposed to reduce the current speed limit of 40mph on the A21 Sedlescombe Road North in part to 30mph. The proposed extension will extend from the existing 30mph speed limit near Harrow Lane to a point 181 metres north of Upper Church Road. This section of the A21 was identified as a priority in the first year of the Speed Management Programme.

Initial consultations have been carried out. Based on the feedback received, we are now formally advertising changes to the speed limit.
