Birch Road, Eastbourne - Double Yellow Lines TRO

Overview

The consultation opens on the 27 February 2026 and closes on the 20 March 2026.

A Traffic Regulation Order is required to support the alterations to the highway along Birch Road linked to the development along Birch Road in Eastbourne. 

It is proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) along Birch Road, as shown on the attached plan. The site has existing vehicle accesses which will become redundant because of the development and therefore the Double Yellow Lines are required.

All comments need to be received by the closing date.
