Harrow Lane, St Leonards - Western Side - Proposed No Waiting At Any Time
Overview
The consultation opens on the 22nd December 2023 and closes on the 19th January 2024.
As part of the development of 67 dwellings on the site at Land East of Harrow Lane/777 The Ridge, St Leonards-on-sea (Permitted under planning application HS/FA/20/00970) there is a need to consult on a Traffic Regulation Order.
It is proposed to install no waiting at any time (Double Yellow Lines) restrictions on the north-west side of Harrow Lane from the southwestern boundary of 207 Harrow Lane for 97.5 metres north-eastwards then northwards. This is to allow safe access and egress to the site and to allow for the installation of a traffic island to provide a pedestian crossing point.
