Your views about our proposals for managing HGV Traffic around Rotherfield
Overview
In response to concerns raised by residents, East Sussex County Council has developed proposals to minimise the impact of HGV traffic through Rotherfield village.
Why your views matter
To seek the views of local residents/businesses on the proposal to introduce a ban on HGV's over 10m in length from travelling through Rotherfield.
What happens next
The County Council will assess all questionnaires completed and prepare a report for submission to the Lead Member for Transport and Environment. This report will outline the results of the consultation and, if there is a majority in support of the proposals, seek authority to progress with implementation of the proposals, initially on a trial basis.
