East Sussex County Council, the South Downs National Park and Brighton & Hove City Council are undertaking a review of the East Sussex, South Downs and Brighton & Hove Waste and Minerals Local Plan. This explanatory note sets out the proposed scope of the review.

The Authorities are seeking submissions of evidence on the scope of the review, and for proposals for minerals infrastructure and minerals sites to be considered for inclusion within the Waste and Minerals Local Plan.
