PfPP energy efficiency survey

Overview

Partnerships for People and Place (PfPP) is a joint project between East Sussex County Council, the Government, Citizens Advice, and Retrofitworks.

We have been working together to test new ways of tackling fuel poverty and energy inefficiency in St Leonards. We want to understand how to improve support for people living in cold and energy inefficient homes or struggling to pay bills. You can find out more about this project on our website.

If you have received a letter to say that you live on a street in the target area, or someone from Retrofitworks has knocked on your door to tell you so, you can complete this survey. If you haven't been invited to take part but would like to share your views please email the project team at pfpp@eastsussex.gov.uk.

The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete. It closes on Sunday 2 July. Please note only one survey can be completed per property.

Why your views matter

Your feedback is really important to us. Your thoughts and suggestions can help us improve support for people now and in the future.

The responses from the survey will be analysed by staff at East Sussex County Council. We will produce a summary of the results to share with Council and Government staff involved in energy efficiency and fuel poverty work. We will use this to understand how to improve support for people, especially those living in cold and energy inefficient homes or those struggling to pay bills.

It will not be possible to identify any individuals from the summary of the survey results. East Sussex County Council takes data protection seriously. Please be assured that your information will be used appropriately in line with data protection legislation, will be stored securely and will not be processed unless the requirements for fair and lawful processing can be met.
