Your views on the School Health Service
Overview
East Sussex Public Health are currently carrying out a school health needs assessment. This will inform future commissioning of the local school health service as part of the national 0-19 Healthy Child Programme.
Why your views matter
As part of the needs assessment, we’re trying to capture the insights of those who work most closely with and alongside the service, in supporting the health of school age children and young people in East Sussex. We want to explore what’s working and where there might be gaps or improvements needed in support and provision.
For this reason the questions in this survey are intentionally broad, and your answers will be anonymised so that you can give your opinions freely depending on your own expertise and experiences.
We’ll then capture the key themes across all responses to inform the wider needs assessment.
Privacy information: This survey is anonymous and we don't ask you to provide any personal information. Please ensure that any comments you provide don't include any names or personal details of you or anyone else.
