JSNAA website consultation survey 2016

Overview

The Joint Strategic Needs & Assets Assessment (JSNAA) website www.eastsussexjsna.org.uk provides a central resource of local and national information for those who commission, provide or use health and social care services in East Sussex.

To continue developing the site we want to find out who is using the site, what for, and what further improvements need to be made.
 

What happens next?

The findings from this consultation will go in a report to the Health and Wellbeing board in the summer of 2016, and will inform our action plan for the next year.

How to take part

Thank you for deciding to take part in our consultation, your feedback is really important to us.

This survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.

Our survey software will allow you to save your responses at any time before you complete the survey and to receive a pdf copy of your completed survey after you have submitted it. You will need to provide your email address below if you wish to do this. 

If you'd prefer to print off a paper copy, there's a pdf version in the 'related documents' box. There's also a Word version if you'd like to do it on your computer.

Help and advice for people with a learning disability

We produce Easy Read information about some surveys, to help people with learning disabilities to get involved. This might be leaflets, flyers or sometimes questionnaires. See related documents below to find out what you could print out.

If you need help to have your say, please ask someone you trust such as a support worker or carer. If you don’t have anyone to help you, call us on the details above.
