How we communicate with you - Providers and Settings

Overview

We want to hear from Providers and Settings, about how we communicate with you. 

We are currently working to develop a new Portal for the below modules, and this will be in place by August 2027.

• Early Years Funding
• Free School Meals
• School Applications 
• Family Information Service

We would like to hear your thoughts on the current Portal you use as a Provider or Setting, and your feedback will help us share information in a way that works best for you. 

The survey should only take around 5-10 minutes to complete, and we really appreciate you taking the time to help us improve. 

Taking part

The survey takes up to 5-10 minutes to complete. You can use the ‘Save and come back later…’ button at the end of each page if you don’t want to complete the survey all in one go. A summary of the survey is given in the 'Take a look at the survey topics before you start:' section near the bottom of this page.

If you need support to take part or need the survey printed and posted to you, in large print or on coloured paper, or in another format please get in touch using the contact details provided.
