MACPT Learning Needs Survey

Overview

The Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Act (April 2026) requires local authorities to set up Multi-Agency Child Protection Teams (MACPT) to bring together Social Care, Police, Health and Education as safeguarding partners throughout the child protection process.

In order to ensure staff in this team have the necessary training, this survey will enable Workforce Development to learn more about those areas that staff are confident and competent in.  It will also highlight areas that need development, whether that be the need to develop a more comprehensive offer to support staff wellbeing, to understand the opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge, or to help enhance staff practice, confidence and effectiveness.

The survey should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete.
