1. What is your name?
2. What is your address?
3. What is your email address?

If you enter your email address then you will be able to return to edit your consultation at any time until you submit it. You will also receive an acknowledgement email when you complete the consultation.

4. Which road are you commenting on? The drawings showing the proposals are in the Related Documents section at the front page of this consultation. Please select the road name and drawing number from the drop-down list. If you wish to comment on more than one road, please complete the online survey again.
5. Are you in favour of the proposals?
6. We try to minimise the amount of signs and posts needed. If the proposals go ahead, do you give permission for a parking sign to be fixed to your wall or railings?
7. Are there any further comments you wish to add? If you do not agree with the proposals please let us know why you think they should not be installed. We will look at all comments received before deciding whether they should be progressed to formal consultation. If they are to be progressed, further consultation will take place around Spring 2023.
8. Do you consider yourself to be disabled as set out in the Equality Act 2010?

The Equality Act 2010 describes a person as disabled if they have a longstanding physical or mental condition that has lasted or is likely to last at least 12 months; and this condition has a substantial adverse effect on their ability to carry out normal day to day activities. People with some conditions (cancer, multiple sclerosis and HIV/AIDS, for example) are considered to be disabled from the point that they are diagnosed.
