1. What is your name?

2. What is your address?

3. What is your email address?

This is optional, but if you enter your email address then you will be able to return to edit your consultation at any time until you submit it. You will also receive an acknowledgement email when you complete the consultation.

4. Which car park(s) are you commenting on?

5. Are you in favour of the proposals?

(Required)

6. Are there any further comments you wish to add? If you do or do not agree with the proposals please let us know why you think they should or should not be installed. Any objections or other representations received will be carefully considered. If we cannot resolve the objections then we will include them in a report to be presented to Planning Committee. Anyone who makes a representation may speak at the Planning Committee meeting. We will write to you closer to the time to advise of the meeting date and time. The Committee will consider all representations and will then decide whether to abandon or modify the proposals, or to install them as proposed. Thank you for your interest in this consultation and for taking the time to look at the proposals.

7. Do you consider yourself to be disabled as set out in the Equality Act 2010?

The Equality Act 2010 describes a person as disabled if they have a longstanding physical or mental condition that has lasted or is likely to last at least 12 months; and this condition has a substantial adverse effect on their ability to carry out normal day to day activities. People with some conditions (cancer, multiple sclerosis and HIV/AIDS, for example) are considered to be disabled from the point that they are diagnosed.
