Overview

Do you or a family member have care and support at home from a care worker?

Your views and experiences can help us to understand what is important to people about their care and support at home.

What do we mean by care and support at home? What do we mean by care and support at home?

Care and support at home means you have a care worker visit your home to help you with things like:

getting up and dressed
using the toilet
bathing and showering
meals and drinks
taking your medication
household tasks
going to bed
attending medical appointments

This doesn't include support from personal assistants.

We would like to know:

What is and isn't working well?
What is most important to you about care and support at home?
What will you need from care and support at home services in the future?

Talking to us at a community event

Why your views and feedback matter

We are committed to listening to residents, care providers, care workers and partners to ensure that future care and support at home services reflect people’s views and experiences.

The feedback gathered will be brought together in a co-design report. A summary of the report will be available on the East Sussex County Council Consultation Hub.
