A275 Cooksbridge Road, Cooksbridge - Proposed No Waiting At Any Time

Overview

The consultation opens on the 13th September 2024 and closes on the 4th October 2024.

As part of the development of 27 dwellings on the site at Chatfields Yard, Cooksbridge Road, Cooksbridge (Permitted under planning application HW/LW/16/0935/MAJ) there is a need to consult on a Traffic Regulation Order.

It is proposed to install new no waiting at any time (Double Yellow Lines) restrictions along the A275 Cooksbridge Road and Hamsey Lane. This is to allow safe access and egress to the site onto the A275, Cooksbridge Road and also from Hamsey Lane onto the A275, Cooksbridge Road. 

All comments need to be received by the closing date.

Why your views matter

The changes are being proposed for the development at Chatfields Yard, Cooksbridge Road, Cooksbridge site and are required as part of planning permission granted on this site to improve road safety.

What happens next

After the closing date of the 4th October we will process all responses.

If there are objections we will try to resolve them, if they can't be resolved we will need to present a report to the planning commitee.
