B2244 The Street, Sedlescombe. 20mph Speed Limit & Traffic Calming

Overview

A Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) has been requested by Sedlescombe Parish Council for a speed reduction along the B2244 The Street in Sedlescombe in conjunction with a proposed traffic calming scheme.

The proposal will reduce speeds from 30mph to 20mph in part and 50mph to 40mph in other areas. 

The consultation opens on the 13 February 2026 and closes on the 6 March 2026. 

All comments need to be received by the closing date.
