Harrow Lane, St Leonards - Proposed No Waiting At Any Time

Overview

The consultation opens on the 25th November 2022 and closes on the 16th December 2022.

As part of the development of 140 dwelings on the site at Harrow Lane Playing Fields, Harrow Lane, St Leonards-on-sea (Permitted under planning application HS/OA/17/00901) there is a need to consult on a Traffic Regulation Order.

It is proposed to extend the no waiting at any time (Double Yellow Lines) on the northern side from where they currently finish north of the existing access, northwards for an addtiional 157m. This is to allow safe access and egress to the site and to allow for the installation of a traffic island to provide a pedestian crossing point. 

All comments need to be received by the closing date

Why your views matter

The changes are being proposed for the development at the Harrow Lane Playign Fields site we are required as part of planning permission granted on this site.

What happens next

After the closing date of the 16th December 2022 we will process all responses.

If there are objections we will try to resolve them, if they can't be resolved we will need to present a report to the planning commitee.
