Stockleigh Road, St Leonards on Sea - Proposed Car Club Bay

Overview

As part of the development at 4-5 Stockleigh Road, St Leonards there is a need to consult on a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) to install a Car Club Parking Bay. This proposal would help support the development and local residents by providing an alternative to owing a vehicle and help reduce demand for on street parking.    

The devlopment was granted planning permission by Hastings Borough Council under reference: HS/19/00818

The consultation opens on the 16th December 2022 and closes on the 16th January 2023.

All comments need to be recived by the closing date.

As no objections were recieved the Car Club Bay has now been installed on street and the order sealed. A copy of the order can be seen below.

Why your views matter

The changes are being proposed for the ongoing development at 4-5 Stockleigh Road and are required as part of the planning permission granted for the site.

What happens next

After the closing date of the 16th January 2023 we will process all responses.

If there are objections we will try to resolve them, if they can't be resolved we will need to present a report to the County Council Planning Commitee.
