Pelham Terrace, Lewes - Parking Bay Revocation & Introduction of No Waiting at any time
Overview
As part of the development of the Lewes New School site, Talbot Terrace, Lewes there is a need to consult on a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) to remove a section of Parking Bay and install No Waiting at Any Time restrictions (double yellow lines) at the new vehcile access to the site in Pelham Terrace. This is to allow access to the parking area of 5 cars for the development.
The devlopment of three houses was granted planning permission by the South Downs National Park Authority under reference: SDNP/20/00675.
The consultation opens on the 21st October 2022 and closes on the 11th November 2022.
All comments need to be recived by the closing date
The objection received was resolved and therefore the lining has been altered as proposed. The order has now been completed and sealed.
Why your views matter
The changes are being proposed for the ongoing development of Lewes New School and are required as part of the planning permission granted for the site.

What happens next
After the closing date of the 11th November 2022 we will process all responses.
If there are objections we will try to resolve them, if they can't be resolved we will need to present a report to the County Council Planning Commitee.
